There are several ways that we collect and return information needed to prepare your income taxes. You choose the method most convenient for you. Any questions we have regarding your information is handled by telephone or email. In all cases, new clients in the local area may meet with a representative of our company in person, and at no additional charge, for an initial interview and to allow us to introduce ourselves.
1. Client Drop-off/Pick-up. Most local clients simply drop-off their tax documents and pick-up their completed tax returns at our business location. However, we request that you call ahead before dropping off or picking up your tax information.
2. By Mail. We receive and send our clients' tax documents, including forms requiring signatures for electronic filing, by first class mail. Certified mail or overnight delivery at the client's request will be at the client's expense.
3. By Fax. Our clients can fax copies of all tax documents to us. We prepare the taxes and fax back any forms requiring signatures for electronic filing. The completed tax return is then faxed or mailed to them, whichever they choose.
4. By E-mail. Clients with scanners can scan their documents into their own computer and send the images to us via e-mail, as an attachment. We print out the documents on our computers and use them to complete the tax return. Documents requiring signatures for electronic filing, as well as the completed tax return, are faxed or mailed to the client, whichever they choose.
